Mickey’s Dining Car
There are a lot of fun things to do in St. Paul, MN; visiting Mickey’s Dining Car is at the top of the list.
Built by the Jerry O’Mahony Company in the late 1930s (1937–1939), Mickey’s was originally co-owned by Mickey Crimmons and Bert Mattson. According to the Mickey’s Dining Car site:

Mickey’s Dining car has been operating 24 hours a day 365 days a year for nearly 70 years. Spanning three generations the diner has remained family owned and operated.

Make that “over 70 years” now.
Go for breakfast. Go for lunch. Go, well, anytime. Traditional diner food plus a little time travel equals an experience and a half. Just don’t break your neck falling down the stairs to the men’s room.
Mickey’s is at 36 W. Ninth Street in St. Paul, Minnesota. High-res
